Right of Withdrawal for Consumers

(A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly not related to their commercial or self-employed professional activity.)

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day:

• you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have/has taken possession of the goods, provided you ordered one or more items as part of a single order and these are delivered together, or
• you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have/has taken possession of the last item, provided you ordered multiple items as part of a single order and they are delivered separately, or
• you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have/has taken possession of the last partial shipment or the last piece, provided you ordered an item that is delivered in multiple partial shipments or pieces, or
• you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have/has taken possession of the first item, provided you have entered into a contract for the regular delivery of goods over a fixed period of time.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Richard Grando, Oberer Sattlerberg 9, 94496 Ortenburg, Germany, Phone: +49 171 2753059, Email: grando@grando-fineart.de) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email). You may use the attached sample withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification regarding the exercise of the withdrawal right before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments we have received from you, including shipping costs (except for additional costs arising if you chose a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), immediately and no later than fourteen days from the day we receive your notice of withdrawal. We will make the refund using the same payment method that you used in the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed with you; in no case will you be charged fees for this refund.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day you inform us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period expires.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling beyond what is necessary to check the nature, characteristics, and functionality of the goods.
